The Future of Gasoline

Electrification is coming.  We can’t stop it anymore.  We believe that by 2025, non-gas vehicles will triple on the roads as compared to today.  That’s a lot of growth however that doesn’t mean gas cars are going away anytime soon.  At some point in the distant future, there will be an inflection point between electrical cars and gas vehicles but I believe that isn’t until 30 years out.  The average age of a vehicle on the road today is almost 12 years old in the United States.  Even if ... 100 percent of vehicles sold were electric starting today, it would still take 20 to 25 years to replace the entire vehicle fleet with electric vehicles.  I’m pro-consumer, meaning I want as many options for consumers to choose from as possible. This includes EVs, hybrids, and gasoline and diesel engines, including V8s.  We all love those muscle cars.  We must learn to play nice together.
